2. Hand tool safety
Embroidery uses sharp needles, pins, scissors and, in goldwork sessions, metallic threads with sharp cut ends. Quietstitch Studio Ltd provides safety briefings. Students must follow tutor instructions. We accept no liability for injury resulting from failure to comply with studio safety guidance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
3. Personal items
Students who bring personal fabrics or garments for slow stitching or visible mending accept responsibility for cutting and stitching those items under guidance. We cannot guarantee outcomes or accept liability for damage beyond our negligence as defined by law.
4. Website accuracy
We aim to keep prices, schedules and descriptions accurate. Materials, supplier availability and class dates can change. Confirm details when you book.
5. No machine sewing services
We do not provide machine sewing, garment alterations or industrial embroidery services. Website content must not be read as offering those services.
6. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Quietstitch Studio Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in courses, without limiting liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
